Hello tenants! Whether you’re a prospective tenant or a current tenant, we can assure you that we’re different to a lot of landlords out there – we’ll get back to you within 24 hours, even on weekends but usually much earlier. We have a great maintenance team (Paul and Dean) and if you have any issues then give us a call and we’ll book the maintenance guys in asap. We also have a lovely cleaner called Katie who spruces up all the properties monthly.

All our houses and flats are modern, maintained, fully furnished, have wireless internet access and TVs and for most of them, we also offer fully inclusive rents to make life a little easier for you.

We are proud to be full members of the National Landlords Association and we will protect your deposit with Mydeposits, a government-protected scheme where your tenancy deposits will be securely held.

We always ask for employer references and guarantor references, for Local Housing Allowance tenants we will happily accept deposits from the Cardiff Bond Scheme and will help you fill in the paperwork to make the process smoother for you. Deposits are usually 6 weeks’ rent, we accept rents by all the usual methods – and even PayPal!
