Mark has been in the property industry for over 12 years, building a property portfolio in London and further expanding it to South Wales.
He has extensive experience and knowledge in lettings and management including residential and Local Housing Allowance tenants, sourcing land, project managing and self-building new homes.
Originally a photo-journalist, he started his career in London before setting up and becoming a director of the world’s biggest picture agency in New York. After 10 years away, he decided to return home to Wales to be closer to family and look for a new challenge.
Mark’s focus with Property Peace of Mind is to help solve property problems, specifically people who wish to sell their properties quickly using our popular Rent To Sell service and help people to buy properties using our Rent To Buy service. He understands completely how difficult it is to get onto the property ladder and his mission is to help everyone own their own home.
Mark enjoys networking with property professionals and attends Cardiff Pin meeting (Property Investors Network). He is also interested in personal development and fitness.
Mark’s approach with clients and colleagues is very much focused on integrity, quality and customer service: “Our reputation is everything and most of our business comes from word of mouth.”
Drew (also known as ‘Tel’) has been married to Mark for 5 years and has been working alongside him to manage the office and deal with sellers and tenant buyers on a day to day basis.
Previously, Drew has set up a successful health and fitness business gaining recognition with national and regional awards such as ‘Best Female Business Newcomer’ Award, ‘2011′s Next Big Things’ and a finalist in ‘Female Entrepreneur’ and ‘Best New Start-up’ awards.
Drew’s passionate about property and entrepreneurialism, having recently been chosen as a UK Ambassador for the Female Entrepreneurship Organisation as well as writing for various business magazines and resources.
Her aim with Property Peace of Mind is to help people achieve what they’re looking for and to make sure the customer service is as best as can be: “It’s a great feeling to be able to help people with Rent To Buy and Rent To Sell. Buying and selling your own home is an important life passage and if we can help people achieve that, without any added stress, then we’ve done our job properly!”
